Pioneer Insurance Agency, Inc., established in 1983, is owned by F. Ellen Streets and serves Randolph, Upshur, Barbour, Harrison, Tucker, Pocahontas, and Pendleton Counties. Ellen Streets started in the insurance field in October 1970. She has attended numerous insurance schools on an annual basis and currently holds the designations of Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow (LUTCF), Certified Professional Insurance Woman (CPIW), and Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC). Ellen has been listed in the 1995 - 1996 and 1999 - 2000 editions of the National Directory of Who's Who in Executives and Professionals, and in the 1991 World Who's Who of Women.
